Hi, my name is Stefanie, founder and owner of Shakin’ Lemons. I am a wife, mom to three amazing kids, and proud pet mom to a dog named Daisy and a rabbit name Finley. After trading in colder days in New Jersey for Florida sunshine, my family and I made the move in search of a brighter, more joyful lifestyle. With a background in education and years spent shaping young minds, I realized it was time for a refreshing change — something fun, creative, and totally my own.
That’s how Shakin’ Lemons was born! From a long-time joke about starting a food truck to a real dream, this opportunity blends everything I’m passionate about: community, creativity, and of course, ice-cold lemonade made for those scorching days.
My journey is more than just serving drinks — it’s about creating memories, connecting with others, and building something special with my kids by my side. I’m so excited to shake things up and share a little sunshine in every cup.
